How We Work

Step 1

One of our Expert Bookkeepers will go through your existing books and bring them up to date making necessary corrections. We will review your books to make sure they are set up correctly for your particular business.

Step 2

Your Expert Bookkeeper will train you to accomplish the tasks only you can do. Then he or she will categorize your transactions from your bank feeds and reconcile your bank and credit card accounts each month.

Step 3

At the end of each month, Your Expert Bookkeeper will close your books and provide you with an income statement and balance sheet for your use. We will also schedule a conference with you to review your accounting records. At this point your records are "tax return ready".

Our Virtual Bookkeeping Services utilizes video conferencing and screen share for training and face to face meetings. We also use digital document sharing of receipts, vendor bills, bank statements, and any other necessary documentation.

We will enter into a contract with you outlining the services we are to perform and the tasks you are to complete. Our Virtual Bookkeeping Service is on a month to month basis and either of us can cancel at any time. Our goal is to establish long term relationships with our clients helping them to establish and maintain profitability.

For CPAs

We accept referrals from CPA firms for client services that the CPA firm cannot perform.

We do not practice as a CPA firm and we do not provide any services reserved for CPAs, such as compilations, reviews or audits.

We also do not prepare tax returns.

When we work on a referral basis from a CPA firm, we take great care in limiting our scope to our specialties and not including those performed by the referring firm.
