One of our Expert Bookkeepers will go through your existing books and bring them up to date making necessary corrections. We will review your books to make sure they are set up correctly for your particular business.
Your Expert Bookkeeper will train you to accomplish the tasks only you can do. Then he or she will categorize your transactions from your bank feeds and reconcile your bank and credit card accounts each month.
At the end of each month, Your Expert Bookkeeper will close your books and provide you with an income statement and balance sheet for your use. We will also schedule a conference with you to review your accounting records. At this point your records are "tax return ready".
Our Virtual Bookkeeping Services utilizes video conferencing and screen share for training and face to face meetings. We also use digital document sharing of receipts, vendor bills, bank statements, and any other necessary documentation.
We will enter into a contract with you outlining the services we are to perform and the tasks you are to complete. Our Virtual Bookkeeping Service is on a month to month basis and either of us can cancel at any time. Our goal is to establish long term relationships with our clients helping them to establish and maintain profitability.
All our services are delivered online, eliminating the need for a bricks and mortar office, in order to keep our costs low. We offer a full range of services based on your needs and capabilities. Our more advanced services can be discussed with you as you choose.
